Delivery of order and return policy.

After an order has been placed, payment made, the supplier will prepare the specific item(s) of order for delivery to the cargo office at the due time. The customer will as well receive a notification that item of order has gotten to the cargo office where it will be prepared for cargo departure to the customer’s destination.

Furthermore, customer can request for inspection of item(s) of order (which will attract inspection cost that will be added to cargo bill). This is done to ascertain customer’s satisfaction to avoid any form of request to return item(s) when it must have gotten to the customer’s destination.

This inspection can come in form mail, WhatsApp chat, picture sending or audio or video calls to the tune of the customers choosing.

All customer must adhere to this instructions to enhance fulfilment of our services, as we advise. As shofte.com will find it unfit to take up the responsibility of long distant return, and will reject such.

Upon conducting the inspection and the customer finds the item(s) of order to be unfit or not up to standard, request for return can be applied by the customer. However, a replace from the supplier accepted.
In conclusion, should there be no item(s) accepted by the customer, hence payment made for the rejected order can be reused to order another items within the timeframe of 12hrs or forfeiture will apply
